My husband& I came here a month ago. After going to a well known store for some years. We moved a few years ago& decided to try somewhere more local& convenient. Whenever I passed I'd noticed that there was always customers in& staff always smiled. This is what made me make appointments for eye tests. We have had customer service from several members of staff. We felt ere treated with curtesy & respect from the eye test to the fitting. H& Hall are now 'Our Opticians

The staff here are very friendly and very helpful, explained everything to me and went out of their way to make sure my glasses were the perfect fit. Also told me that I could take my glasses back in at any time if they became loose fitting for me. Best opticians by far.

Took my elderly Father for an eye test here today and he said "it was the most thorough eye test I've ever had in 84 years". My Dad has many complicated eye conditions and Rachel made sure everything was checked and thoroughly explained. I cannot thank her enough! Kara on reception was friendly and chatty and made us feel very welcome. Lisa the Dispenser was also very friendly and helpful and I will bring my father back when his cataracts are removed. I wanted frames than no other optician was able to locate, but H&H, Atherton did so. They also fit new lenses into another frame I supplied. Brilliant service going above and beyond. Very helpful, friendly staff indeed. Recommended.
