Both my mum and I are patients at this opticians. The staff are professional, very personable and attentive, ensuring we're always looked after. The Optometrist Aquib referred my mum for YAG laser treatment on having concerns and followed up with a post treatment consultation without any delay. All of the staff are amazing, friendly and make us feel Welcome. Thank You

My customer service experience has always been excellent. The staff really help me. So professional. Been a customer there for years as have my family. All the staff are so helpful. Wound recommend very much to add content. I was in the here today enquiry about. A spay to clean my glasses. I was given a free bottle. I did offer to purchase. But I was told no change. I cannot praise the staff enough.

So professional and friendly service from all who work there. My family have been customers. Here for years. I intend to. Renain. With them to. Such a good customer service experience. I wound highly recommend. To anyone.

I have recently had an eye test here and have never had a better experience! From the start I had a very thorough and detailed examination from the young optician Aquib who explained everything well throughout and made me feel at ease, then onto the selection of glasses where all options were discussed and tailored to me perfectly. I felt valued throughout the entire visit! All the staff provided excellent service and I will be recommending this opticians to all of my friends and family.
