I registered my son here after having a bad experience elsewhere, The moment we walked through the door we were welcomed with a smile the girls there are lovely and friendly and made us feel comfortable from the start. Mr Puri was brilliant, my son felt confident answering questions while in his test, he can sometimes be quite shy so this was really important to me. The glasses were made in 2 days I was so shocked how fast it was, I didn't know they made them in-house which was really impressive. If I could give more stars I would, couldn't be happier with the experience.

I experienced a brilliant visit to Chase Eyecare with my daughter. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and my daughter enjoyed chatting with the women on reception. We were called through and she was nervous at first but that quickly passed when Mr Puri made her feel very comfortable and explained everything to her. We haven't had a sight test like it before, he was very thorough and afterwards the selection of glasses was very impressive.
The whole experience wasn't rushed, the staff were very accommodating, service brilliant and I felt we were really being listened too. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for quality service, good understanding of patient needs and staff that have experience. We came away with a beautiful new set of glasses and we can't wait to attend again.

A Jewel in the heart of Cannock, visited after reading positive reviews and I can not fault this practice. Mr Puri is outstanding in his field and explained everything in a simple yet professional manner to a layman like me, I felt assured, relaxed and confident that the issues with my vision would be addressed as in my trade in print it is extremely important to have exemplary sight. I will highly recommend Chase Eyecare to anyone who needs any form of Eyecare, thank you Mr Puri and the front of house members of staff, you should all be proud to work at such a professional practice as Chase Eyecare.

Our family all use Chase Eye Care for our eye care. Excellent service and very welcoming staff. As a wheelchair user I really appreciate the parking being so close and the flexibility of the staff to accommodate my needs.
