I have used Taylor Biddle for some years for eye scans, but today was the first time that my wife and I had eye tests. We found that the surroundings were pleasant and bright, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful, so first impressions were very good. The optometrist was very efficient, and explained things very well, discussing the test results in some detail. We both felt that we had had excellent tests. The optician took care to help us select our new spectacles, to ensure that we had exactly what we wanted. Overall a very good experience.

After contacting Taylor Biddle over concerns with my eyes I was highly impressed with the service I received from start to finish. I was offered an appointment as a matter of urgency and was given a thorough eye examination including scans. The examination was carried out with care, reassurance, professionalism and efficiency which was exactly what I needed after two visits to the local A&E Department. Special thanks to Lynn and Taras who supported me throughout the examination. I would highly recommend Taylor Biddle.

First time at Taylor Biddle from a friend's recommendation, needed my glasses relensed quite urgently and Hasan managed to fit me in the next day! Hasan, Sarah and the rest of the team were so friendly and helpful. Taylor Biddle will be my opticians for all my eye tests and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

I've visited many opticians in Wolverhampton, however none of them can quite compare to Taylor Biddle. I've now had two pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses from them, all three have been excellent. The customer experience is of high quality with all the staff taking the time and effort to explain everything in detail. I'm also very happy with the turn around for my glasses when they broke following an accident and how helpful all the staff were to see me at such short notice and arrange a new pair within days even with my complex prescription. I'll continue to use Taylor Biddle and recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you again to both branches.

My appointment was on a Saturday, great to fit in with my work schedule. I arrived a little early and after checking in and hand sanitiser I went straight into my eye test. The optometrist took his time with the test, answered my questions and made my feel at ease. There was no massive upsell as in some other establishments. Overall a professional and efficient service. Thank you.
