After visiting Alexanders with my adult daughter and speaking to Alex I decided to follow Alexs advise and contact Wetherby Vision clinic about my extreme shortsightedness and had an operation to correct this. After wearing glasses for 64 years this is the ONLY optician Ive ever felt at ease with. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and Alex is very easy to get on with and explains everything. The choice of glasses is phenomenal , Im now on to my 3rd pair in a year simply because , well, why not, I can match them with my outfits.
Im one extremely satisfied customer.

Alex is professional, knowledgeable & supportive, especially in my recent eye emergency his advice was pivotal in the right course of action to be taken. Always a pleasure to go Alexander's, not a chore He is very entertaining, informative (happily answers any questions), knows his stuff, and I feel my eyes are in good safe hands. The glasses I have bought have been good quality and durable and definitely an improvement when reading that pesky small print!
