All the staff are very patient. I needed some tiny varifocals to fit under ski goggles. Having discussed this several months earlier, all the details were kept so they could be purchased really quickly once I'd decided to buy them rather than new goggles. Collected today, they are perfect and I can't feel them under my goggles or ski helmet.
