Should I pay 50 for nose pad adjustment less than 10 days after collecting my two pair of glasses and paying 2,500 for them? I paid top price charged in the UK for the Zeiss lenses according to CHATGPT. Is this a right practice for a so called professional opticians while claiming lifetime care for the glasses?

Visited this opticians with my husband. Shocking experience. They got the prescription wrong at the beginning. They didn't have a clue about any of the lenses on display. In the end, they forced my husband into buying lenses and made us feel very uncomfortable. Explained the situation to Ian the owner of the store, but he was very rude and condescending. He didn't seem to care about the service but very money focused. Very unsafe place for the public. Would never step foot in this place again. Avoid avoid avoid!

After three other opticians declined to help me get my broken frame fixed or replaced in a timely manner, Silverberg opticians quickly and efficiently sold me a replacement glasses within an hour. Very impressed with the service I received from the kind gentlemen working there and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
