This was my first visit to Suzanne Dennis at Standish and it was such a pleasant experience. Very thorough eye exam and choosing my glasses was made so much easier with help from Martin. He was kind but truthful and made helpful recommendations which encouraged me to choose a new style and Im very happy with them. The after service is perfect too. Thank you Martin

Fantastic service and friendly staff are what epitomizes Suzanne Dennis Optometrists. Nothing is too much trouble for all of the staff at the practice. Caroline at Standish is very helpful and really cares about delivering high customer service. Aiden at Parbold branch is the consummate professional and is very thorough in his optometry work. Went in yesterday with concerns over flashes in one of my eyes. Was immediately given a same day appointment despite their full bookings for the next few days. Suzanne did a wonderful job of assessing in great detail my problem and after a significant amount of time testing my eyes using all the latest technology she was able to reassure me that nothing serious was wrong. A first class service!

Was pleasantly suprised by the standard of service at this practice. I was met with smiles, and it seemed from the get-go that the entire team really care about their clientele. The optometrist was very friendly, and put me at ease as soon as I shook her hand. I felt I was listened to, and felt I was offered products that met my needs. So grateful that the team kept the shop open so I could find a frame I liked. Would highly recommend.

After many recommendations for this optometrist, we visited today with our two boys age 4 & 5 for their first eye test. Despite point blank refusal of one of the boys to even go in the room, Suzanne completely won him over and five minutes later he was having a ball! Suzanne effortlessly conducted a thorough eye test on both boys whilst making sure it was engaging and fun. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Called in for advice re- floaters in my eye. I was given the most thorough examination despite a very busy afternoon schedule, including microscopic retinal exam. As a result was referred to Manchester Eye Hospital with suspected retinal tear or detachment same day. Very very impressed with the professionalism and warm customer care of the staff. Will trust this organization with my eye care in future as I was very impressed with my treatment which was as thorough as I received at Manchester Eye Hospital.
