Albert Road Opticians are a cut above the rest, such a personalised, enjoyable experience. Wonderful service across the board, Im really happy with the quality and usability of my lenses and beautiful unique frames, expertly chosen by Adam. Nothing is too much trouble, its a truly bespoke service, carefully tailored to your requirements.

I have been going to these opticians since the business started (and to the opticians who were there previously). they certainly provide an excellent service. I am impressed by the range of equipment used to explore one's eyes in such detail and I appreciate the advice for looking after my eyes that I am given. The glasses are always excellent and the range of frames is amazing. The team there provide a very friendly and attentive service.

So happy I chose Albert Road opticians for my amazing new specs. Such a friendly personal service. First sight test and new glasses I've had in years. I've been coming to this opticians for a couple of years now, and I have to say the customer service is second to none! Abbey is so welcoming and warm. She takes the time to know a bit about you without being intrusive, this allows her and the team to select the best frames to suit your face and personality. In fact all the staff are amazing. The selection of frames will make you want to try all them! I've never experienced such good service anywhere! If you need you eyes looking after, go to the best opticians. go here!

Amazing opticians with a fantastic selection of frames. There is something for everyone. I was quite reserved in my selection the first time, I was given a pair of glass to put on but they were not the style I was used to. I tried on several pairs but went back to the first ones and bought those. I had so many compliments when I wore them I couldn't belive it.
I have just purchased my third pair and had new lenses put in my old ones because I love them so much. Customer service is outstanding and I always make time for a relaxing visit. Thank you all so much for providing an exceptional service.

I am a new customer, whose first appointment last month was managed in a very professional and effective manner by Deepak and Adam. Last week, the screw holding my glasses frame fell out and was lost forever. This was sorted in five minutes by their female colleague, with great efficiency and charm, and without charge.

I visited Albert Road Opticians today, (Monday), having had a stupid accident on the preceding Friday which resulted in a bump on the head like a pigeons egg, and a pair of spectacles so distorted that they made me dizzy when I turned my head. After spending most of Saturday feeling sorry for myself, and dabbing unguents on the pigeon's egg, I consulted Google who produced many listings offering repairs but unfortunately they all seemed to offer their services by post.
No good for me, without my "Spec's" I'd have been covered in bruises before the Postman knocked. Then Dear Reader, I came across Albert Road Opticians cheery website. I emailed on Sunday, had a reply by Monday morning (before the streets were aired), and an appointment minutes later! I arrived for my appointment some 15 minutes early, I was shown to a comfortable armchair and offered libations, and before the allotted time of my appointment, my specs were returned all straightened out, and with the drooping lens back in its rightful place.
These people are fantastic, professional, polite, cheerful, and efficient. Seriously, don't do what I did, it hurts, get your mother in law to sit on your glasses, and experience for yourself the wonderful service at Albert Road Opticians. I know where my next pair of glasses are coming from. 5 STAR. Don Wilkinson.

I attended the Theo event a couple of weeks ago which is a slightly different experience to choosing frames, as the range of styles and colours is so vast. I wasn't looking for another pair but needless to say found an unusual red and black frame to add to my other trendy frames! Impeccable service and the usual hospitality that is Albert Road.

Incredible service, friendly and helpful staff from engaging over the phone to walking into the clinic. Beautiful well kept building, gorgeous display and a smiling face to greet you. My sunglasses broke. Offered a walk in appointment and repaired within 5 mins of arrival! Thank you so much, would 100% recommend this place.

From the moment I made a phone call to book an appointment to collecting my glasses. I was made welcome and nothing was in anyway a problem. My glasses were fitted to great accuracy. This has sometimes been a problem in the past with other optomatrists. I would highly recommend anyone to go have an appointment and you can tell the difference between other optomatrists and Albert Road. Every ounce of care and well appreciated good relaxing service. Thank you so much for taking the time to make it a great experience.
