In our own lab we are able to glaze lenses for you which are scratch resistant, reflection free, water resistant and most importantly UV absorbing. Research now shows UV light can lead to age related sight loss so absorbing it is more important than ever.

I visited Colin Lee Opticians Burntwood on 14th May, 2025. I have been going there for at least 15 years and have never been disappointed with the service provided by any the staff. My recent visit was longer than usual, because of the need for new types of glasses. All the staff involved in every part of the process, explained everything in detail, so I could fully understand what choices I had regarding the cost and what to expect when my new glasses arrive and how I need to adapt to wearing them. All the questions I asked were all answered and there was no pressure to hurry my appointment. I would highly recommend Colin Lee at Burntwood and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful too, which makes the whole experience, very pleasant

First time visiting colin lee as previously went elsewhere. Was very impressed with the level of professionalism and in depth appointment. The choosing of the glasses was made so easy with recommendations made on my preferences. Melissa was especially fantastic upon picking up my new glasses. Also thank you to all who work there.
