This is a very friendly and helpful practice. My husband and I have been really pleased with the thoroughness and expertise of our examinations and the quality of our glasses. When my sister, who has cancer, needed an urgent review for eye problems recently, the team went out of their way to fit her in at very short notice and look after her. Much appreciated.

Incompetent staff wasted my time for about an hour in the middle of the day. I had a second booking for a specialist optician to ensure my eye is healing as expected based on a visit couple of months ago. When I showed up it become apparent that optician didn't know what this appointment was about and in the end when he found the reason he didn't have skills to help me. I hope this is only an isolated incident because when dealing with eyes one would expect very good eye for detail (pun intended).
