Stephan Haas is not just a Master Optician he is also an Artisan and an Innovator. I know Stephan for 50 years and if you want the very best, than head over to Eye Emporium. Stephan made me a pair of BluTech Classic Lenses in a Progressive Design with an OVVO Frame and not only do I have eagle eye vision, my new specs are a work of art. Stephan taught me about Blutech Lenses, a one of a kind technology and science and how they can improve my daily existence.
He was not exaggerating, he was 100% on the mark. My eyes have never felt so comfortable, no more eye strain or headaches and I am even sleeping better. LED devices, displays or LED light sources, no longer bother me, my eyes. If not for his willingness to embrace this new technology, I would have never known. Those $20.00 Amazon and Warby Parker blue light lenses did nothing for me. BluTech Lenses is what I have been looking for and missing for way too long.

I rarely give 5 stars, but Stephan was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond. I initially came in to receive an eye exam so that I could renew my license and ended up getting schooled on blue light and how damaging blue light can be on your eyes. I had purchased blue light glasses on amazon for $20 - maybe a year before coming to Eye Emporium - and once he showed me the difference between the ones I had and the ones he carried in his store, IT BLEW MY MIND.
The relief my eyes felt, the amount of pressure I didn't know I was putting on my eyes were DRASTIC. 2-3 wks later me and my boyfriend came back to each get a pair of blue light glasses. Now they are not cheap, but so so so worth it. You only get one set of eyes guys and for us we knew we needed to protect our eyes, especially since our work is mainly on the computer. Stephans' customer service was so remarkable, you can tell he truly cares and loves what he does, and that's really all you ever want when walking into a business to make a purchase. There's no doubt that we will keep coming back to Eye Emporium for all our eye/eyewear needs just because of him. Thanks Stephan again for the lovely service!

Thatcher has helped me in a very professional way, she is very well mannered, very nice and I felt talking to an old friend of mine since I met her. In 7 days I had my glasses done, fell in love with an Hugo Boss frame and quality amazingly matches the price! Thanks also to Nadia (hope Ive got the right way to write the Dr.s name) as she has been very very sweet, courteous and very professional as well.
She really took care of my eyesight visit and recommended me the best way to assist me. I will definitely come back, no doubt at all, as their professionalism and manners are just what I was looking for. Again, thanks for everything, I will definitely recommend your store as the best in the area.

A truly amazing experience. He was very welcoming and offered me a great deal for the best lenses for my sunglasses. Fast service and great customer service. He also explained the power of polarized lenses and the benefits. A well kept shop coupled with a great man to do business with made me feel at home.

Talk about a hidden gem! Eye Emporium is the absolute greatest place to get your glasses! The level of care, the attention to detail and the diligence of Stephan is unlike any other experience you'll ever have! I took my dad here and he has never had such a thorough fitting for glasses. He was treated so kindly and all of his concerns were addressed. It is immaculately clean and you can see the pride Stephan takes in ensuring that everyone who enters walks out happier with great and accurately fitting lenses and glasses.
Its genuinely a labor of love here. It is rare when you find a place/person like this, so if you are looking/need to get glasses I cant emphasize enough, look no further just come here. You won't regret it!

Greatly impressed with the service received. The service rendered was very professional in every aspect. The doctor was very warm and customer-friendly. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the various lens and show the benefit of each. I also like the fact that he took time in making sure the measurements for my glasses are accurate. And there is a wide variety of stylish designer frames to choose from. I high recommend Eye Emporium.

I called this company to take an eye vision test to renew my license and called twice before coming in and they were so nice. I went in today and I was immediately greeted nicely coming in, it's look great inside and clean and organized. The lady there got me set up and in the back to do my eye test which took two minutes. The doctor filled out my dmv eye vision paperwork, entered it in the computer on site and fixed my glasses and gave me a free eye case. So I will be back for my official eye test to check the health of my eyes. Thank you, Rhonda

I was very impressed by the service at the Roman Road branch. My time was limited as I was in London only 4 weeks. The spectacles were delivered well within the time frame given, then when I changed my mind about having tinted lenses, there was no quibble and the second set were delivered rapidly, again within the time I had available. The staff were remarkably courteous and pleasant throughout.

I would highly recommend Eye Emporium for their great customer service and attention to detail. Whenever I go to the Stratford branch I always feel that they genuinely care about my sight and that I am not just a number. They always call me by my first name and answer any questions honestly. I am unlikely to use any other Optician unless I move.
