They will make your glasses and they are less then a month old and break though a bad frame they charge you for it Bad service

Both my daughters and I recently had sight tests at Rose Opticians, we have previously used another independent opticians in the area but the staff had seemed to less knowledgable during our last visit so I decided to change practices. The girls were experiencing headaches and the staff at Rose Opticians were so helpful; explaining how increased screen time may be playing a part and how glasses could help. A month on and both girls are headache free and delighted with their new glasses. Thank you, we'll be back!

I have been with Rose Opticians for 40 years. Their service has always been, and continues to be first class. Recently I travelled to Spain and suffered some "irregularities" in my right eye as soon as I arrived. I phoned Simon Rose and he advised that the symptoms were almost certainly a detached retina. Simon arranged for a local Spanish optometrist to check me over and his diagnosis was confirmed. Whilst arranging to come home immediately Simon liaised with an expert Ophthalmic surgeon to see me immediately upon my return. I had emergency surgery thereafter, not only saving my sight, but restoring my vision completely. My thanks go to Simon, Rose Opticians and Hadi Zambarakji the eye magician!

I strongly feel that staff working there are not experienced and I had to spend hours to get my son's eyes tested. Also, they are keen to sell supplementary medicines and other things and I wouldn't go there again. I got distracted by all positive reviews but I didn't have a good experience and wouldn't recommend. There are much better opticians around including the commercial ones like specs savers.

Stay away from this optitian one of the biggest fraud and well known crook this guy called Simon! Got struck off and suspended twice! Shame his father was such a lovely man and a true gentlemen! But Simon and his brother are well known crooks in there field! Stay away! A very charming con artists in Essex!

Very friendly and proactive arrangements made for GP-referred appointment and follow up by Beverley, and great personal attention and advice from opthamologist Simon who shares his love of Led zeppelin and explained my condition and options with clarity and sensitivity. Definitely a fan and will never go anywhere else!

I have been a customer for years and always been very happy with the service. Since my last visit the shop has been totally renovated and looks incredible. The lady optician who examined my eyes was friendly and very thorough and explained everything that was happening. Rob sorted me out some amazing Tom Ford specs and his knowledge of lenses really showed. I was made to feel welcome and special my entire visit by a team of people who obviously care about their customers. Bravo, Rose Opticians, Bravo!

After accidentally sitting on my glasses, I decided to visit Rose opticians to see if they could help me. Not only did they perfectly fix my glasses for me, but they also treated me like how a customer should be treated, showing great attentiveness and care. A very kind and welcoming group of people who I definitely will visit again.

I put off getting my eyes properly tested for too long. Finally went to see Simon Rose who had been highly recommended. The testing was way more thorough than I've ever had previously. I bought a pair of Varifocals for the first time. I was delighted in the improvement to my vision. The fact they look great and are very comfortable is a bonus. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
