Avoid at all cost! I had used the chain previously and recommended them to my mother. After rectification of the bifocals, they are still not right. However, we have resigned to the idea that it is not worth requesting any further rectification and seek the services from more competent opticians once restrictions are lifted. Also, the glasses were delivered by post, they kept the original case and sent it poorly wrapped rattling in a box.
A complaint was filed but it appears it was not worth the bother either, no action is taken. All I know is we have a glasses that need replacement lenses, no case and just wasted the better part of 500.
