What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-4pm (Locks Heath & Shaftesbury) or 9am-3pm (West Moors). All branches closed Sundays and bank holidays.

From the moment we walked into book our appointment the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had our appointment and still this experience continued. They made myself and my children feel at ease and welcome. I would highly recommend this branch to all ages. Everyone seems to be in a rush these days but the staff here made sure they gave there undivided attention to everyone that came in. First class service.
