My wife suffers from Frontal Temporal Dementia and has great difficulty in communicating. Recently she complained of an issue with her left eye although could not explain the problem in any detail. I contacted Atlantic Home Eyecare as they had given my wife an eye test at the care home last year. I was present when Kevin and Ben arrived. I was so impressed with the gentle way they spoke to my wife to get her to comply with the requests to look up, open eyes etc and in obtaining certain responses to enable them to come to conclusions with reference to my wife's eyesight. Having tried to adjust with my wife's deterioration over the last 5 years and, in many cases, failed, to witness Kevin and Ben being so professional with such kindness and the utmost respect for my wife's condition left me feeling very humble.

The visit to my elderly mother was excellent. The two gentlemen were both professional and courteous and completed her eye exam in a friendly manner. A brilliant service for those with difficulty visiting premises away from home and also for anyone else! Thank you.

Kind, caring and compassioate........with a fast and efficient service to match. I have Tri-focals which normally presents a challenge where other opticians back down these people took it in their stride. Result? Excellent!
