Dr Janjua is a very highly qualified optometrist and offers a very high quality service in his Brigg opticians business. He is absolutely assiduous in his examinations and always explains with great clarity both the patient's optical condition, eye health status, and the changes if any, he is making to the prescription. He also provides a view on the likely future development of the patient's sight. His manner is highly professional, always friendly and helpful and he listens to the patients comments and concerns, and answers questions most clearly, often with a reassuring level of humour. My eye test with Dr. Janjua was very thorough and professional. Due to changes in my prescription, Dr. Janjua advised me to get new spectacles. I went today to get advice from Dr Janjua about a recent appointment I had with a branch of a large chain of opticians & a subsequent visit to an Eye Hospital. Dr Janjua explained everything in the reports very clearly & carefully & I was immediately reassured & grateful for his efforts to make sure I understood the implications for my eyesight now & in the future. Mother was well looked after at O'brien on Tuesday. She's 92 and was helped to the opticians chair. The optician was very good with her, asked what she needed and took her through all the sight test readings and said she did very well. He said he would do his best to prescribe the best lenses he could as she has AMD, her right eye is poor sight now but her left eye is still good and he would prescribe as good a lens as possible. The lady helping with all the aftercare, choosing frames, explaining lens coatings and pricing was also very good. The whole consultation took about an hour and we can highly recommend O'brien opticians for their professionalism.
