The staff is amazing! I had give up on reading and seeing in general, because I still couldn't see after every time I got glasses. But I decided to give it on more chance since all my eye doctors had been in the United States. Not only can I see everything, the lady picked out the perfect frames for me in less the 2 minutes! Great experience. I would fly back to Cardiff just to go see them.

I would like to say a big thank you to Emma who saw both my children (aged 9&4yrs) today for routine check ups. She was so good with them, my youngest is very fearful of strangers & unfamiliar situations but she warmed to Emma straight away. I felt that her lovely approach really got the most out of them & enabled a very thorough check. Hugely impressed, what a brilliant local service.

Absolutely blown away by the service I received from Collette. I injured my eye and needed an emergency appointment, but unfortunately Parish Opticians were fully booked for today. Collette called a couple of other opticians and got me an appointment! After having only a few hours sleep and having no luck myself phoning around all morning, she was just a breath of fresh air. So grateful. Thanks you so much. Will happily recommend you to friends and family. Never experienced service like this before!

Just went in to see Angharad due to chronic eye issues. Tested, diagnosed and treatment discussed within 30 mins. They had what I needed on site and I left with everything I need. I've always been to the big boys for eye care, but now I'm going to support my local optician.

My wife and I needed to see an optician and a friend recommended Parish Opticians in nearby Birchgrove. Both of them were emergency appointments, so we managed to get it sorted through the PEARS scheme. I saw Richard (the owner), who is very friendly, while my wife saw one of the other opticians at the practice. We were both really happy with the process and especially the fact that it was free (thanks to PEARS). Couldn't fault it. I'd definitely recommend them.

Really professional but friendly. They were the only opticians who could really solve my contact lens needs. They persevered and made me feel very comfortable and well looked after. I later bought a pair of glasses from them and again the whole team seemed to be involved in helping me choose the most appropriate pair for me. They were really quick getting the glasses made to my specification and great value too. Such nice people I will be back there for sure.

I started going to this opticians what seems like a long time ago when I lived nearby as a child. Despite moving increasingly further away and despite the place feeling increasingly professional over the years, I still find the warm atmosphere and treatment you get here is still second to none and beats other, less personal services you can get elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Richards for a number of years, and am always delighted by his support and advice and particularly his attention to detail. He also has a great team working with him who are a credit to the practice. His business is a welcome antidote the impersonal and ubiquitous service provided by so many high street opticians these days. I whole heartedly recommend him.
