Was a client for about two years and I don't think my graduation in contact lenses was right since I would see blurred on one eye constantly, highlighted the issue and was told it was normal and was just the position of the lenses. Decided to leave the yearly subscription and cancel my contract with them due to not being very satisfied with the service for the price ( very expensive).
Before leaving I asked for my prescriptions in contact lenses and bought more to be able to use them at work while I found another optician. Lockdown happened and I ran out of lenses Which as a healthcare worker were really important to make it easier for me to wear ppe and since my glasses broke that was my only option tried to order some on line with the prescription I was given and didn't make any sense so I called them to ask and the older man working there answered my call and told me that prescription was for my glasses and said he wouldn't give me the contact lenses prescription because I had not paid for it during my time as a client and that I would have to pay 50 pounds to get it.
Also told me the prescription was expired and was not legal to release it. Then told me the optician could call me after paying 50 pounds to assess me (through the phone?!) and I could have a review on the prescription in august Told him about my situation during covid and he told me the optician could call me after paying 50 pounds to discuss and release my prescription.
Basically they wanted me to pay 50 pounds just for the Old and wrong prescription after I was a client for more than 2 years during which I paid every month a tariff. I found the prescription and was able to buy contact lenses by myself and also was able to find a good optician who did my prescription properly and I no longer see blurry on one eye.
Very rude staff and they just care about how much money they can get from you never buying from them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone This man wouldn't stop shouting at me over the phone trying to force me to pay for a prescription that was expired and wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Thank god I took a picture of the contacts box so didn't need them or to pay for a telephone sight test

Not very happy with them. Had difficulty obtaining my prescription (as is my right and should be supplied upon request - not withheld) because they wanted me to purchase expensive frames from them. Charming when trying to influence you to buy - dismissive when you don't. Recommend trying other places that treat you with more respect.

Started with my second eye test with them (Just 30) and they spent a long time getting it exactly right. Then bought lenses from them (Supplied my own frames). Just great service. Owner is super nice and spent a long time going through the options without being pushy. This is my second pair of glasses with them which also worked out well.

Great service and clear pricing policy. The stock and range of frames are impressive.not your usual branded stock.more like niche/boutique brands from over-seas. If you want something different and to make an impact this is the place to go to. The eye test was longer than any test ive had before, the optometrist was a true pro and did the most thorough eye check ive ever had.
I chose to have prescription lenses by Zeiss a German lens brand which most of the cheap high street opticians dont stock. The frames i went for are a brand called IC Berlin.very avant-garde. I am most pleased with the look and excellent quality of vision i have now. Great place.

Transparency, communication with customers and customer service is appalling. I ordered my glasses begging of January, I have been told that I need to wait 10 days as glasses're out of stock. I didn't receive any news from them and called them myself and I was told a supplier is out of stock too and glasses'll be delivered mid-February. If I wouldn't chased them no one would have told me that.
In mid-February a wrong frame arrived and I have been told that I have to wait till mid-March. Management refuses to give me a refund or a discount January to receive (hopefully) glasses in mid-March!
