Great local friendly service delivered with precision and care all at the right pace. No rushing or having to wait outside like some of the big chains make you do. No sales pressure either. Very clear and gave detailed advise and guidance. Good use of appropriate tools and technology. Clean and safe processes in place. I would highly recommend you try here and shop local too. I will return and recommend for a caring service.

Such a modern and easy process for a smaller company. I bookend an appointment online for Ruskington and turned up, I was sat in the chair once the PPE was donned. Claire was absolutely fantastic! The examination was thorough and Claire listened to my history and she explained everything as she went. Claire also helped diagnose a few issues I have had and even showed me a few videos. There was no heavy selling or speaking to me like a knew nothing. I used Lunettes because its more convenient and thought Id give them a try... I will stick with them now.

I have always been to a well known opticians in Lincoln. Since moving to Ruskington I thought I would support a local business. I cannot fault the service they have provided and the referrals for eye treatments they have made. I would especially like to thank Claire in this respect. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would highly recommend this opticians the lady is excellent and amazing with children. My boy hasnt fell over since she prescribed him his glasses and thats because she took her time and was very patient with my son who has a language delay and is unable to speak and say certain things. She is an amazing optician. The reception staff are lovely and are always happy to help! Thanks for the amazing service.
