I have just had a home eye test and the two ladies Alish and Laura, were lovely communication skills second to none, helping me to feel less anxious about the test as it is approximately 7 years since my last eye examination due to various health difficulties. Alish is very thorough explaining what she was doing and the problem I am experiencing with double vision being addressed. The frames are so reasonable and neither of them were pushy letting me try different styles and to make my choice! Thank you Optimise for this domiciliary service and will recommend them highly for people such as myself who find it a struggle leaving my home!
