If wearing re-useable lenses-please remember to rub and rinse your lenses with solution on removal and put fresh solution in your case after use. If you are feeling unwell then we recommend you keep your contact lenses out and wear your glasses until you feel better. If you have red, irritable or painful eyes, then please remove your lenses and contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for an optometrist to look at your eyes.
