A problem with leather frames was dismissed by arrogant staff member at front of house. No listening to the issue, no consideration of the concern; merely a defensive dismissal. To be avoided, despite some appealing frames!

I had lost all hope of getting the arm of my glasses fixed I contacted MYKITA they recommended The Eye Company
With my fingers crossed I went and was met by 2 Gents
One of them said let's have a look
Took them to the end of the store 5 minutes later he had fixed them
And they look brand new
Wanted to pay , he said no problem it took me 5 mins
Can't believe how kind, gracious and Generous this store is
I'll definitely be going back they have the best selection of eyewear

My glasses were fixed in just 10 minutes! I had resigned myself to needing a new pair before my upcoming long-haul trip, thinking there was no hope for my old ones. However, the lady in the store was willing to give it a try. To my amazement, she returned them to me perfectly straightened with the lenses securely back in place, almost like magic! I'll probably get my next pair from this store just because of their exceptional service. It's a charming boutique optician that stocks some of the finest brands in the world, perfect for those who appreciate quality beyond generic Ray-Bans or Persols. Thanks a ton, you guys are amazing!

Approaching TEC with a particularly unusual vision/frame problem, Steenie found me a novel solution I'd otherwise likely never have solved without monstrous expense or resort to awkward half-measures. They are not just a sales team for brand eyewear like most shops, but real specialists.

Amazing store and service all around! Had a small issue with my glasses, popped in to see if they can fix it, 5 minutes later all fixed and at no extra cost! I was their customer before, now I'm their fan. Keep up fantastic work and continue being #1 eyewear store in London! You guys rock!

Pre-Covid, excellent. Subsequently, a deeply unpleasant experience. Two masked staff hide behind locked door. Appointments only. I rang doorbell. Told I couldn't come in because, Covid. Little lecture about Covid. Explain thaI am an existing customer and have spent lots of money there. Indifference bordering on rudeness. The shop was empty of customers. I certainly shall not burden them with my presence. Update: I see the reply from the owner.

I accept his explanation. I understand the constraints, insane though they are. I would though note that the passive-agressive behaviour of team members needs addressing. Instead of hectoring me they could have been welcoming and respectful. The experience was unpleasant.
