Black & Lizars was formed in 1999 as a result of a merger between two of Scotland's oldest optical retail chains - Lizars and C. Jeffrey Black. In 2007 we added practices in Stirling, Falkirk and Haddington and were very honoured to be chosen to provide optical services at Gogarburn, the prestigious global headquarters of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
