  • I would recommend this business

This optician is fabulous and a true professional. He saved my eyesight by spotting a problem with his very modern eyesight equipment. Made available all the scan pictures he had for the hosptal and kept in touch all the way through. My wife also had a major problem which he managed and kept in touch to ensure progress with the consultant eye surgeon. A true professional and will always highly recommended.

Customer Testimonials

Since moving to Aylesbury four years ago, I was worried that I might not find an optician equal to where I had moved from. I chose Nu-Sight Opticians having read reviews on several in the town and could not have made a better choice!
Whether routine examinations or any other aspect of eye care, Nat’s service given is both thorough, professional and friendly, along with all his lovely staff.
I have full confidence that I am getting the best eye care available at his practice and highly recommend.

I think Nu-Sight can be proud of the service and quality they provide. Every time I have been for an eye test I am treated extremely well and appreciate the warm welcome I receive. Visiting the same optician is something I really take advantage of but it's good to know I am in safe hands every time I pop in. I highly recommend!

Fantastic. Best specs I've had in years. Lovely caring and friendly staff. Thoroughly satisfied with the service.

I have been to Nu-Sight for a number of years now and Nat is very thorough conducting my eyesight and contact lens checks. I've never had cause to doubt his expertise and he goes the extra mile. I wouldn't trust something as precious as my eyesight with anyone else.

I had been suffering from dry eye discomfort for several weeks, having tried eye drops from the chemist, they gave only short term relief. In desperation, I went to Nat at Nu-Sight and after a thorough examination, and microscopic imaging, he determined I had Demodex (Google it .. you will be amazed!) I am pleased to say that after only one treatment I no longer suffer from gritty/dry eyes. Nat - many many thanks.

I've always had a great experience when coming to this opticians! Nat is very good at looking at your health and lifestyle to come up with the best options for you! He helped find solutions for me for problems I was having that other opticians missed. Every session is personalised whether it's a sight exam, contact lense fitting or dry eye treatment. He also has a great selection of frames and the lenses are high quality!

We look forward to seeing you soon. Whether this is the first time you have been to an optician, or you are coming to us from another provider, we first need to establish the condition of your eyes and your level of eyesight, so we can tailor the best possible solution to your visual requirements.

Whether you are of advancing years or under the age of 10 and requiring glasses for the first time, our mission remains the same - to ensure you are happy with your vision. We do this by providing high quality, comprehensive and personalised eye care services, which we believe are second to none in the Aylesbury area. Our friendly practice team is on hand to help you select your ideal pair, ensuring they fit comfortably, look sensational and offer your eyesight optimum protection. To make an appointment, call us on 01296 398 941.

We are proud to be the only opticians in Aylesbury that specialise in Ortho-K vision correction therapy. These are specially designed contact lenses that you only wear at night - which produce perfect daytime sight and eliminate the need for any eyewear during the day. That's right - clear, comfortable vision created while you sleep! Ortho-K reverses the power of the cornea at the front of the eye during overnight wear. Once the full effect has taken place, the eye is effectively 'normal' so that you can see clearly during the day.

Working with visual display units (VDU) for long periods means that your eyes are likely to feel uncomfortable and sore. That's why it is important to take regular breaks away from the screen. At Nu-Sight Opticians, we specialise in VDU assessments and tailor our eye examinations to ensure that you enjoy comfortable vision while at work. If you already wear spectacles, you may notice that your prescription for VDU use changes slightly. Our experienced optometrist will help you to understand the reasons for the change in prescription.

It is important that you receive a thorough eye care experience and can rest assured that your eye health is in good hands. At our modern and cosy practice, you will receive an eye care experience that is all about you. When you first visit our practice, you can expect a warm welcome and a relaxed environment ahead of your eye examination. We then allocate between 30 and 40 minutes to complete your eye examination and find out all about your lifestyle and medical history. You will be asked about your general health and any medication you may be taking.
