Such a modern and easy process for a smaller company.
I bookend an appointment online for Ruskington and turned up, I was sat in the chair once the PPE was donned. Claire was absolutely fantastic! The examination was thorough and Claire listened to my history and she explained everything as she went. Claire also helped diagnose a few issues I have had and even showed me a few videos. There was no heavy selling or speaking to me like a knew nothing. I used Lunettes because it’s more convenient and thought I’d give them a try... I will stick with them now.

I have always been to a well known opticians in Lincoln. Since moving to Ruskington I thought I would support a local business. I cannot fault the service they have provided and the referrals for eye treatments they have made. I would especially like to thank Claire in this respect. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would highly recommend this opticians the lady is excellent and amazing with children. My boy hasn’t fell over since she prescribed him his glasses and that’s because she took her time and was very patient with my son who has a language delay and is unable to speak and say certain things. She is an amazing optician. The reception staff are lovely and are always happy to help! Thanks for the amazing service.

From Our Website

Blue light is a high-energy visible light that has short wavelengths. It is known as blue light because it is on the violet-blue band of the spectrum. Blue light is naturally present in sunlight but is also something we can see from screens such as TVs, computers, smartphones and tablets. However, there is evidence to suggest that carrying out near tasks, involving looking at something close-up, such as using mobile devices, screen time and reading a book, can increase eye strain for those who do this for long periods of time.

We are open and looking forward to welcoming you back to Lunettes. Our top priority is the safety of our patients and our team, so we have changed the way things are done so that we can take the very best care of you. Please telephone to make an appointment for any reason, if you arrive without prior booking, we may not be able to see you. We will also have to ask you a few questions about your visit. As part of your examination we will have to be quite close for short periods of time, and we will minimise the risks inherent in this by keeping periods of close contact to an absolute minimum.

As we move back into a national lockdown, Lunettes Opticians will remain OPEN for urgent and essential eyecare. We would encourage our patients to defer routine appointments until lockdown restrictions are eased. If you require replacement spectacles, contact lenses or eyecare products, please contact us - we can arrange for these to be delivered to you.

With over 25 years of experience, Lunettes Opticians are a leading provider of specialist and high quality optical products within Lincolnshire. We have an extensive range of eyewear including Oakley, Ray Ban, Paul Smith and Tiffany. We source our spectacle lenses from the world's leading manufacturers such as Essilor and Zeiss. We are an independent opticians group and customer service is our highest priority. We spend time with our patients, making sure that each individual is supplied with exactly the right products to meet their needs.

Without good vision children can suffer from enormous setbacks to their learning and development. Many children and parents do not realise that there is an underlying visual problem until they have been examined. Lunettes Opticians in Lincolnshire can examine children from any age with a range of tests using modern equipment. Ideally children should be screened to rule out eye conditions before their first birthday and have further checks at 18months and 3years. After this, an annual eye examination is recommended but there are circumstances where we may need to carry out examinations more frequently.
